Refund policy
Please inspect your order as soon as you get it and contact us immediately if there is a problem.
If you receive the wrong item, or your package has been damaged in the mail, please contact us at feedinggiantsshop@gmail.com within 7 days of receipt so we can make it right. Please be sure to send pictures of what you received (including damages) so we can take appropriate action.
If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your items must be in the same condition that you received them, unused, and in original packaging. Personalized, discounted, sale, or "seconds" items are final sales and not eligible for returns. Original shipping costs cannot be refunded.
To initiate a return:
Please contact us with your request and a copy of your proof of purchase (receipt) at feedinggiantsshop@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your package. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We will issue a refund (product costs only; original shipping not refundable) to the original form of payment once we have received the returned items in new condition. We reserve the right to refuse refunds on products that have been used, soiled, or damaged (including due to insufficient return packaging).

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on used, custom and personalized items, sale/discounted items, or items labeled "seconds".
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at feedinggiantsshop@gmail.com so we can investigate.
